Shipping Policy

Prescription Spectacle Inserts International LLC (PSII) offers both domestic and international shipping options. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders for spectacle frames (Scuba Spec, Smoke Spec, Safety Spec) with no lenses mounted will ship within one to three business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of the order. Orders which include optical lenses will ship within 10 working days after receipt of the order.

Once an order has shipped, the customer will receive email notification along with a tracking number. Delivery time will vary due to mode of shipment. Weather-related problems may also impact delivery times. Customers who haven’t received their order within five working days of receiving shipping confirmation should contact PSII at spectacle.inserts@gmail.com or (803) 292-6485 with their name and order number. PSII will do its best to determine the problem and resolve any issue(s) under its control.
